Venue: Barbell Bullies (Moove Motion Fitness Club, 1 Kikuyu Road, Sunninghill, Sandton, 2157)

Divisions: All Open - all ages welcome. The will be a weigh-in, but NO weight classes. Winners will be calculated on GL (GoodLift) points

Format: This is a Classic Powerlifting Comp following IPF rules - SQUAT | BENCH | DEADLIFT

Entry Fee: R450 | ENTRIES CLOSE 11 AUGUST 2024

Prizes to be won | Certificates will be handed out as well
No banned lifters will be able to participate in this competition (SAPF list)
